Andddd, here we go again.
Isn't it funny how we always seem to find ourselves at the end of one thing and the beginning of another? Here I am again. Done with Winter Semester (and halfway through spring term) Which...I kinda thought might never happen.
Sooo, the past four months have been a lot of things. Mostly wonderful. But.
Note to self: 17 credits + 7 classes + 1 job + 2 shows = ...........too much. No matter how much you love it.
And, who knows if I'll remember that note in the future ;)
There's not really a good way for me to summarize all that I've done, learned, felt, and experienced this semester...slash this whole school year. So, maybe I'll have a lot of different posts reminiscing on it all :) No promises, though.
But, I will say this. I am so blessed. With people, opportunities, doing what I love, and so much learning. Still trying to find my place in it all...but, I'll get there.
Here's a teensy overview:

The lovely Emma and silly McKenzie (With Chauntel hanging out in the background!) as we pay close attention in directing.

These are sheep, couldn't you tell? Brittni and Jenna's best work ever ;)
Even though I spent quite a lot of time in class, I got to learn some pretty cool things...and with some pretty cool people :) My lovely classes were: Stage Management, Voice Production 2, Makeup 1, Directing Fundamentals, Neutral Mask, Acting Explorations, and Joseph Smith & the Restoration. How did I ever go to school when I didn't love what I was learning? It's pretty great, lemme tell ya.

I am a bearded lady. Rock on.
Hey everyone. Check out my wonderful roommates. Hailey, Madi, and Kristi. I'm a lucky girl to have lived with these lovelies. Haha, they put up with me in lots of ways...especially since I didn't have a lot of time (or desire) to clean my room...oops.
Oooookay. So, on the first day of my Stage Management class, my teacher told us that we would have to assistant stage manage one of the mainstage productions for that semester. And, every day after that, I wondered how I could be so blessed to work on Servant of Two Masters. I got to know some amazing people. I learned so much from the very best. It wasn't easy. Haha. And it took a lot of time. But, I wouldn't trade it. What I gained definitely outweighs all of the other stuff. So grateful for this experience, for these memories.
Since the missionary age change in October, lotsss of my friends have put in their papers :) I had a semester full of mission call openings and farewells:
They're headed all over the world. Indiana, Chicago, Argentina, Arizona, El Salvador, Belize, Brazil, Japan, and everywhere else basically ;) So glad and proud that such amazing sisters are sharing the gospel across the globe.
Anyways, that's a pretty lame recap, but I'm over it :)
Bottom line. I get to do wonderful things with wonderful people every day.
